The guys at Marant Development were incredible from start to finish. Mark and Tyrone were really helpful and friendly through the design phase offering experienced recommendations and were really patient with us despite us changing the design inflight multiple times. They went above and beyond to ensure our house was kept clean and tidy throughout. The final result was that we actually won a national kitchen of the year award (Howdens) which just shows how good their attention to detail and finish is. Will only be using these guys for any future works on our property.

This is the second time we’ve used Marant Development, having previously used them for a major extension and kitchen fitting in 2017. This time round the work was a hallway refurbishment (including ceilings, floor, doors) and fitting a new cloakroom. As before, the quality of the work for this job was high and Mark and Tyrone are a pleasure to deal with.

The team from Marant have carried out a lot of work in our Grade II listed house. All the work has been to an excellent standard and has been sympathetic to the age of the property but also flexible due to the many nuances of a listed property, mainly non straight walls. TY and Mark are always extremely friendly and communication is excellent.
